Assess aortic regurgitation severity using ACC/AHA 2020 integrated criteria: qualitative grade, vena contracta width, PISA EROA, regurgitant volume, regurgitant fraction, and holodiastolic aortic flow reversal. Pressure half-time (PHT) is contextual — it is not a primary AR severity signal. Includes acute AR red flag screening and LV staging context for severe grades.
