Perioperative Echo Interpreter (TTE-based)
Interpret preoperative TTE findings for perioperative hemodynamic planning. Enter available echo values to see the hemodynamic pattern, clinical action focus, and a conference-ready summary.
Based on: ASE/EACVI 2016 · ESC 2022
Input
A simple screening tool to help anesthesiologists and non-cardiology clinicians organize preoperative TTE findings for perioperative hemodynamic assessment. It does not replace a formal echocardiographic diagnosis.
LV systolic function
Enter available values. All fields are optional.
Filling pressure
Diastolic function markers. Use available data.
Right heart / Venous side
IVC alone is insufficient — interpret with RV markers.
Mitral regurgitation
Quantitative values (EROA and RF) are needed to assess whether severe MR criteria are met.
Enter TTE findings above to see the hemodynamic interpretation.
Partial input is allowed. Missing fields remain unevaluated.
Overview
Enter available preoperative TTE findings to generate a hemodynamic interpretation and clinical action focus. Partial input is supported — missing data remain unevaluated.
Evidence Summary
This tool applies ASE/EACVI 2016 diastolic function guidelines and ESC 2022 perioperative cardiovascular evaluation thresholds. Filling pressure assessment requires multi-marker integration (E/e', LAVI, TR velocity) — a single borderline marker alone does not establish elevation. Designed for perioperative planning support, not formal echocardiographic diagnosis.
